Delivery area
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through our courier partner courier name.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a few days longer.
Shipping charges
Rs. ___ flat rate per order. Free shipping on orders above Rs. ___. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS or email so you can follow it with the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, leaking or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm the next steps and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days via bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
